Why You Should Watch

Developing your baby's muscles doesn't mean creating a mini-Schwarzenegger. Babies gain confidence by learning to do things like push themselves up and support themselves. But your child needs your help. Gaining insight into how a child's muscles develop and what you can do to give them a leg up makes sure they don't run before they can crawl.

What you'll see from a baby's eye view:

  • How babies start exploring their surroundings
  • What it's like to crawl
  • The view from a crib!

What you'll discover:

  • How to encourage crawling
  • How to create a safe crawling area
  • How to give your child freedom to move and develop their muscles

While there's no set timetable to when babies start widening their horizons, learning to crawl is a major stepping stone and one you can help your child reach with confidence.
